1 The available seats are limited and will be filled in first come first serve basis.
2 The fee can be paid either in online or cash or through demand draft favor of Dr. Pritesh SurgeryClasses Pvt. Ltd. payable at NEW DELHI.
3 If at any point of time, the Indian Government increases tax, (existing rate of GST is 18.00%) The extra amount of tax will be borne by the students from the date of enforcement of the act by the Government.
4 If any student does not pay the fee on the due date as mentioned in the website or is defaulter in the fee payment, he/she shall be stopped from attending the classes.
5 Dr. Pritesh Surgery Classes reserves its right to make any alteration in its programs/venue /timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Director will be final & binding on the students & the parents.
6 All prices, unless indicated specially are in Indian Rupees.
7 Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site shall not be entertained.
8 If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of Dr. Pritesh Surgery Classes or venues booked for classes because of situations beyond control or any natural calamity such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit etc, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
9 In case of any dispute, arising out of the present terms & conditions, same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Director of Dr. Pritesh Surgery Classes Pvt. Ltd. The seat of arbitrator will be at Delhi only. In any case if any matter has to go to the court, only Delhi Court shall have jurisdiction to decide such matters.
